"Every problem, every dilemma, every dead end we find ourselves facing in life, only appears unsolvable inside a particular frame or point of view. Enlarge the box, or create another frame around the data, and problems vanish, while new opportunities appear."

"For the past four years I have participated in a group of approximately 6 people led by Lucy Mason. Lucy has been very effective at leading the group and it is obvious to me that everyone in the group thoroughly enjoys the group and her leadership. Her leadership style encourages full participation by all of the members of the group and is effective at ensuring everyone can participate. Lucy’s relaxed and open style of interacting with people encourages everyone to feel safe and secure enough to be open with one another. I believe her leadership is an important aspect of the joy that people find by their participation in the group.
It was hoped that the group would create greater happiness and ease in our lives and in our interactions with others. For me, the group has succeeded in those respects. These qualities have been particularly beneficial to me during the Covid pandemic and I believe I will also carry them with me after the pandemic.
I highly recommend Lucy Mason’s services. She clearly understands the wide array of human emotions and can provide effective coaching tailored to individuals."
